In close corporation with Barcelogic, a spinoff from the Technical University of Barcelona, Hypercube has devoloped a radically new and powerful technology aimed at professional sports scheduling.
Hypercube can provide leagues with a state of the art solution that helps leagues to schedule their matches in the best possible way, taking into account the leagues specific objectives and constraints.
It provides an optimal solution, making use of an endless number of competition constraints, simultaneously considering various interests:
- International competitions; avoiding harmful situations related to international club competitions and national team matches;
- Economic interests; for example we maximize tv-income by ‘placing' TV-attractive matches on certain dates;
- Sporting interests; for example avoiding doubles and carry over effects as much as possible, or avoiding long sequences of strong opponents
- Public order interests; for example avoiding simultaneous high risk matches in certain geographical areas.
